Area of specialisation: corporate services, foreign investment services, human rights, European and international law (with particular emphasis on issues related to food and intangible cultural heritage).

She gained professional experience in the field of commercial law, company law, civil law, administrative law and foreign investment working in the years 2000-2005 in the Studnicki, Płeszka, Ćwiąkalski, Górski (SPCG) Law Firm in Krakow. In the years 2005-2009 she worked at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, where she dealt with assessing the admissibility of individual complaints and designing decisions.

She has cooperated with us as an independent consultant. She is also the author of numerous publications on culinary history. She also cooperates with the Polish Institute in Paris.

She graduated from of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.
