Comprehensive legal assistance in the field of public procurement for contracting authorities and the economic operators as well as investment management services. Preparation of ToR and tenders.

We prepare and carry out procurement procedures on behalf of public institutions, including preparation of Terms of Reference, proceedings protocols and participation in the work of tender committees. We provide legal advice to contracting authorities at the stages of risk management, contract implementation and public procurement control. We represent clients in proceedings in the National Appeals Chamber (KIO) and courts, as well as in proceedings regarding public finance discipline. We advise on internal regulations, such as regulations for awarding public contracts and tenders below the value of 30,000 euros.

We advise economic operators applying for the contract, support clients in the implementation of public procurement, including IT tenders, advise on the correctness of contract performance and the basis for contractual penalties.

Our lawyers have experience in the field of public procurement in many areas (including construction, IT contracts, tenders for computer equipment and computer programs, tenders in the field of culture, sectoral tenders).

We work on projects co-financed from EU funds. We support clients in proceedings regarding the applications of financial corrections and related proceedings before administrative courts, the Voivod Administrative Court and the Supreme Administrative Court.

In the field of public procurement our lawyers have supported, among others, local self-governments, public cultural institutions such as the Wrocław Opera, Cricoteka, and the Complex of Landscape Parks of the Małopolskie Voivodship.
