Legal assistance in the production and distribution of films, co-production agreements and legal advice in the field of copyright.

We support film production by providing comprehensive film production and distribution services, such as cooperation at the stage of obtaining financing and development, co-production agreements, contracts with authors and actors, consent to use the image, licenses for the use of archive materials, post-production contracts, distribution agreements and providing legal advice, among others, in the field of copyright.

We support clients in obtaining funds from the Polish Film Institute and regional film funds. We participate in film festivals and conferences for the film and cinema industry, including conducting trainings and workshops for film professionals.

We carry out workshops and training sessions during such events as the Krakow Film Festival, the Conference of Arthouse and Local Cinemas, the International Etiuda i Anima Festival.

Advocate Marcin Lassota is a member of the Krakow Film Cluster.

We work with advertising and marketing agencies to review advertising campaigns, including advertising for alcohol, tobacco, medicines and medical devices. We advise on the principles of honest advertising, copyright and image use in advertising. We provide legal assistance to subcontractors – graphic designers, copywriters or content authors.

Our valued clients include, among others, the Krakow Film Festival, the Krakow Film Foundation, the Krakow Film Cluster, producers of feature and documentary films, KIPA members, film distributors, individual filmmakers and actors.
